What are the moving quotation forms

This is a Free online service for anyone who is moving house and Free to any removal company that takes out a enhanced listing on our site. The forms have been designed around feedback and unlike other companies are tailored around house moves. We do not combine our quotation forms with other services i.e. mortgage quotations. This means we can gain as much information as possible about the move. The 'Moving Quotes' works by the 'Mover' choosing from one of the easy to fill in forms. The forms themselves are divided into three categories Small moves, Local/National moves and European/Overseas moves. The reason why these have been divided up into three categories is to determine how comprehensive the list of furniture etc as well as enable us to direct the form to the most appropriate companies in the postcode areas.

Unlike other companies we hand check all moving quotes. We do not believe an automated system works effectively and is not ultimately beneficial to you or us. We only send out these forms to 5 companies in a postcode area at a time so that the person moving is not bombarded with quotes and you are not wasting time competing with hundreds of companies. You would then contact the client directly with a quotation etc. This is between you and the customer. We do not charge per lead and therefore you do not pay for incomplete or inaccurate forms or when you are too busy to be able to quote.

We DO NOT ask for any commission on moves and only act as a forwarding service for you. We prefer to work like this as we feel it is important to allow both sides to evaluate each other and solve any unusual requests or situations.

How to answer a moving quote

Once you have received a moving quote you are then free to quote for the job. Please remember that as this form has only been sent to five removal companies then it is important to let us know A.S.A.P if you can not quote for the work or if you will be short staffed for a period of time so can not take on any more work. Please also check your emails regularly as we do not chase up removal companies, it is up to you to contact the 'mover' directly.

As the forms are hand checked then they will come directly from Helpiammoving.com. You need to contact the 'mover' directly so please do not click reply on the message or it will come back to us. Please also remember to include your contact details, contact name and company name so that the 'mover' knows who to contact.
